- The Help Desk is the place to come with all of your computing problems. Faculty, staff and students can either call the help desk and talk to a representative or come to the walk-in help desk for computing assistance.

- UD Software is the central repository for campus-wide computer software. Users can download and install software with a few simple clicks of a button!
- Training
- Struggling with how to make technology work for you and not against you? The UDit Training Team provides a vast array of training documentation, videos, and classes to aid you in using technology.
- Classroom Support
- UDit offers a wide choice of technology options for the classroom including technology support, classroom reservations, media support and equipment rental.
- E-Learning
- E-Learning helps faculty create and deliver courses online. We also serve as a resource for faculty to consult when attempting to use other technologies.
- E-Media
- E-Media provides faculty, staff and students with access to media-related technologies including movie and audio editing, digital photo facilities and closed-circuit television.
- Administrative Systems
- UDit's Administrative Systems Unit is designed to provide higher-level support and custom application development for the UD Community.
